If the vehicle is deemed repairable, a team of independent engineers will rapidly authorise repairs to commence at an approved accident repair centre. Ai Claims Solutions will organise a replacement vehicle to be available for the duration of the repair process. If a vehicle is deemed un-driveable, Ai will immediately arrange a replacement vehicle.
